The process
Drawn. Cut.
Coated. Numbered.
Four stations
How a piece
gets made.
Every silhouette starts from factory references — wheelbase ratios, glasshouse angles, wing geometry. If a bodyline is wrong, an owner will know. We draw for owners.
2 mm cold-rolled steel, cut in one continuous path at ±0.1 mm. Edges deburred and broken by hand — no sharp corners, no slag.
Degrease, etch, rinse, phosphate, dry, coat, cure, inspect. It does not curl, fade or yellow — garage humidity included.
Each piece gets a stamped plate — series, cut date, edition number. Foam-fitted packaging, then DHL Express, dock to door.
Lighting systems
The halo, engineered
Lumen and Apex Series pieces carry an LED halo system mounted behind the steel — seven colors, remote-controlled, dimmable, with drivers rated for years of nightly use. The glow is indirect: light washes the wall, never your eyes.
Quality control
Rejected means recut
Every piece is inspected against the drawing before it ships. A piece that fails doesn't get discounted — it gets recycled and recut. Seconds don't exist here. That's also why production takes 5–12 business days. Your piece doesn't exist until you order it. We think that's the point.
